Every single day we are selling ourselves on something. Either selling into something or selling out of something. The results we get in our life come from the things we do, from the way we behave. Those behaviours are determined by the way we think and the way we think comes from our past conditioning.
How many of you speak to yourselves? I remember as a kid hearing the saying “The 1st sign of madness is when you speak to yourself!”. Well, as I have gotten older, I have realised more and more that we all speak to ourselves. It is that internal dialogue that determines what we get from our lives. We call it the Little Voice in our head. Sometimes, for some of us, it’s more than just one Little Voice. Yeah, you know what I mean.
What is your Little Voice saying to you? Are you conscious of why you think the way you do? Are you conscious of why you feel the way you do? Do you know where those thoughts or feelings come from? Do you ever question whether they are actually helping you or hurting you? How often do you stop yourself, take a look at yourself from the outside and ask “Why am I thinking and feeling the way I am right now?” Or are you like most people, you know what you know, and you will defend what you know, because you know it and what you know is right.
I learnt many years ago from Robert Kiyosaki (If you don’t know who he is, I suggest you read Rich Dad, Poor Dad) that you can either be RIGHT or be RICH. You see the ability to grow is tied directly to the ability to Master our Little Voice. Sometimes, and this is true for me, what your little Voice is telling you is not allowing you to live a better and greater life. What is your Little Voice telling you right now? What are you going to do to Master that Little Voice?
The better the Little Voice you can Master, the bigger the Game of Life and Business you can play. So let me ask you this. HOW BIG IS YOUR GAME?
