By purchasing a ticket to Entrepreneur Hangout, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. TICKET TYPES AND PRICING
1.1 New Member Ticket: R250 per event

Applies to first-time attendees of Entrepreneur Hangout

1.2 Regular Member Ticket: R550 per event

Applies to members who have attended 3 or more Entrepreneur Hangout events

2. REFERRAL CASHBACK PROGRAM
2.1 Eligibility

Only Regular Members (those who have attended 3 or more events) qualify for the referral cashback program
New Members (those who have attended fewer than 3 events) are not eligible for cashback rewards

2.2 Cashback Amount

Regular Members will receive R100 cash back for each new person they successfully refer to Entrepreneur Hangout

2.3 Cashback Qualification Requirements

The referred person must be a NEW member (first-time attendee)
The referred person must purchase a ticket AND physically attend the event
Cashback will ONLY be paid if the referred person arrives at and attends the event
If the referred person purchases a ticket but does not attend, NO cashback will be paid
The referring member must inform Entrepreneur Hangout management of the referral prior to or at the time of the event

2.4 Cashback Payment

Cashback will be paid at Entrepreneur Hangout after the referred member’s attendance has been confirmed

3. ATTENDANCE AND TICKET TRANSFERS
3.1 One-Time Transfer Policy

If you purchase a ticket for a specific month and cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to the following month at no additional cost
You must notify Entrepreneur Hangout management of your transfer request [specify timeframe, e.g., “at least 48 hours before the scheduled event”]
This transfer option is available ONE TIME ONLY per ticket purchase

3.2 Forfeiture of Ticket

If you transfer your ticket to the following month and fail to attend that rescheduled event, your ticket will be forfeited
No refunds will be provided for forfeited tickets
You will need to purchase a new ticket to attend any future events

3.3 No Refunds

All ticket purchases are non-refundable
The one-time transfer to the following month is the only alternative to attendance

4. GENERAL TERMS
4.1 Registration and Check-In

All attendees must register upon arrival at the event
Attendance is tracked for the purposes of Regular Member qualification and referral cashback verification

4.2 Event Changes

Entrepreneur Hangout reserves the right to change event dates, times, or venues with reasonable notice to ticket holders
In the event of cancellation by Entrepreneur Hangout, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next available event

4.3 Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
Entrepreneur Hangout reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this standard without refund

4.4 Liability

Entrepreneur Hangout is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during events
Attendees participate at their own risk

4.5 Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchase and event registration will be used solely for event management and communication purposes
We will not share your information with third parties without your consent

4.6 Photography and Media

By attending Entrepreneur Hangout, you consent to being photographed and recorded
These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials

4.7 Amendments

Entrepreneur Hangout reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future ticket purchases
